Omtogel Terms and Conditions

Omtogel (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Omtogel and its members.

By using Omtogel's services, you acknowledge that:

• Multiple members of the same household may operate separate accounts from the same device or network, provided Omtogel is notified in advance.
• The email address and phone number provided at registration must be active.
• It is the member's sole responsibility to keep their account login credentials confidential.

Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to Omtogel Support immediately.

Minimum age to become an Omtogel member 18. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

Omtogel may request a copy of a national ID, passport, or birth certificate at any time for identity verification. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension.

Deposits on Omtogel must be made using an approved payment method. Currently accepted methods include mobile banking, bank transfer, and approved digital wallets.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 300
• Deposits are generally instant. If you experience a delay, please contact support.
• Deposits may only be made from an account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.

Omtogel does not charge any deposit fees. However, payment providers may apply their own charges, which are the sole responsibility of the member.

Members must complete account verification (KYC) before withdrawing any winnings. Withdrawals will not be processed on unverified accounts.

• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be subject to additional verification.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.

To withdraw from a bonus balance, the wagering requirement for that bonus must be fulfilled. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the requirement may result in the bonus being cancelled.

Omtogel reserves the right to review the security of every withdrawal. If unusual activity is suspected, a withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold.

Omtogel offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions.

• Please read the applicable wagering requirement before claiming any bonus.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once — any attempt to claim the same bonus twice will result in the bonus being voided.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the full wagering requirement on bonus funds has been met.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically removed.

Omtogel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Members are advised to check the Promotions page regularly for the latest information on active offers.

All games on Omtogel are audited by third-party auditors and certified with an RNG (Random Number Generator). Game outcomes are entirely random with no human intervention.

• Each game has its own rules, which are displayed on screen before the game begins.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, Omtogel will endeavor to refund the bet for that round.
• If your internet connection is lost, game results will be saved on the server and will be accessible once you reconnect.
• Omtogel reserves the right to void any winnings obtained by exploiting bugs or errors in a game.

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If any decision is disputed due to streaming quality issues, it will be resolved by reviewing the server logs.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Omtogel, and immediate action will be taken if any such activity is suspected:

• Using another member's account: Accessing or using another person's account is strictly prohibited.

Omtogel may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Extended periods of inactivity (12 months or more).
• If a self-exclusion is active at the member's own request.

Members who wish to close their account may contact support. Before closure, they will be given the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance.

If an inactive account still has a balance, Omtogel will send a notification by email. If there is no response within 30 days of that notification, the balance may be suspended.

Omtogel strives to ensure maximum security and stability, but will not be held liable under the following circumstances:

• Disruptions caused by third-party service outages.
• Issues with the member's own device or internet connection.
• Force majeure or unforeseen natural or political circumstances.
• Financial losses resulting from the member's own error.

The maximum amount of any claim against Omtogel shall not exceed the member's total deposits over the preceding 30 days.

Omtogel is committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be a source of fun — it should never cause financial stress or emotional harm.

Omtogel offers the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
